Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All costs of item(s) returned are the customer's responsibility. To start a return, you can contact us at niikinaaganaa@niikinaaganaatradingco.com 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Alterations
We offer one free complimentary alteration after purhcase of custom made item(s).  If customer is still unsatisfied with the product fit proceeding the intial free alteration, there will be service charge fee of $30/hr enforced thereafter.

Wholesale Purchases
Nii'kinaaganaa Trading Co. offers wholesaling items in bulk.  The minimum order is ten (10) items to qualify for a bulk order discount of 10% when purchasing larger orders.

ALL Custom Order(s)

Require 50% of total price prior to starting an order for shop fees & supplies needed and pay the remaining balance once order(s) have been fulfilled upon completion. The customer will have 30 days to complete payment. If the customer defaults on the payment past the 30 day limit, Nii'kinaaganaa Trading Co. holds the right to cancel the order & charge a cancellation fee to restock items back on the shelf for re-sale.
