Shipping policy
- Order processing times. After an order is placed, it will take between 1-3 business days to get it ready to ship, excluding weekends and/or holidays. Additionally, there cutoff times for processing orders (e.g., Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day).
- Domestic and international shipping options. Canada & the United States qualifies as a region for our domestic shipping options. International countires will have shipping restrictions because International shipping can be broken down in its own section when you list the countries you want to be shipped to. Estimated delivery times for International shipping anywhere from 3-7 days.
- Shipping costs. Our shipping costs for the domestic customers are dependent on how big the parcel is, varying between $20-$60. However if the order is over $200 For example, we offer free shipping.
- Local delivery options. We do not offer delivery options for nearby customers, such as local delivery however we do offer buy online, pick up at store location,
- Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Please see our shipping policy page where you can see our timeline estimates and why your packages could be delayed.
- Order tracking details. Once an order is processed we will communicate the shipment confirmation either by email or SMS text that includes tracking information, or guidance on who to contact in case of any lost packages.
